Based on the “Paf le chien” game, I prototyped and leaded the development of a facebook connected app for William Peel (William Peel, first whisky brand in France per market share) using flash that allowed users to throw a cow through an iconic Scottish landscape designed by Ready to Change Agency. The app borrows the the concept of the caber toss, a Scottish athletic event practiced at the Cowal Highland gathering held in Dunoon, Scotland, over the final weekend in August, the biggest, most spectacular Highland games in the world. A highlander dressed in kilt will send a red-caped cow up in the Scottish sky with the help of keyboard commands: space bar to adjust angle, direction, and power lever. The flying animal will speed up if it hits WP distinctive ghost in mid-air and one of the three boosts. In the background Scotland’s landscape and distinct geography with towering peaks, lochs, glens and stone walls of Scotland’s ancient castles.
